Learn To Race Like A Pro

The Shannonville Racing Academy provides aspiring racers and enthusiasts with an opportunity to explore their inner racer and learn about the fundamentals of racing in a professional environment.

This three-day program, April 17 to 19, 2025, includes comprehensive classroom sessions and plenty of on-track exercises. Instruction includes proper seating position, threshold braking, incident avoidance, throttle control, race craft and mental preparedness. Common race rules and regulations will be explained and followed-up with a written examination. With a high instructor to student ratio, you can be sure that you will receive personal coaching throughout the program.

Shannonville Motorsport Park is known as the Birthplace of Champions. It has a long and rich history in Canadian motorsport. Many competitors have honed their skills at Shannonville and have gone on to become champions on the world motorsport stage. Uniquely located approximately equidistant between Montreal and Toronto, it draws from the key markets in Eastern Canada and the USA. The facility includes a 4.03km multi-configurable racetrack, go-kart track, drag strip and skid pad on 146 acres. Shannonville hosts over twenty spectator events every season and can accommodate thousands of spectators with three grandstands overlooking the complete property.

Students are required to supply their own helmet and manual-shift (automatic accepted) car. Upon successful completion, students will be eligible to formally apply for a car racing licence. Pricing and the registration form will be posted when they become available.

We appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way but we are unable to provide a refund for the Shannonville Racing Academy after April 6, 2025.
